MATERIAL Our work boats and barges are constructed from a
high impact polymer. This polymer is a thermal plastic that
expands and contracts with temperature changes. This thermal
plastic is user friendly, can be modified or repaired with a
hand held heat source (small welder), is recyclable and reasonably
priced.
CONSTRUCTION We custom build our boats and
barges to fit the needs of our customers. Our barges are heat
welded eliminating glue and fasteners. Cranes or other structures
can be bolted to the deck utilizing a backing plate or custom
built mount.
DURABILITY Our barges and boats are quite
durable. They flex upon impact unlike steel or fiberglass products
that dent or crack. There are no mechanical fasteners to fail
and our boats and barges will NOT rust. We guarantee our products
against manufacture defect for 5 years.
DESIGN Numerous designs are available, from
a diesel powered push boat to an elaborate high speed catamaran.
Added features such as wheel houses, seats, outboard brackets,
push knees and towing bits are fabricated from the same polymer
material. Our most popular design is a light weight, high capacity,
high speed barge. We can use your design or ours to manufacture
a custom craft to suit your needs.

PROPULSION Our vessels can be pushed with
a push boat or moved under their own power. For lighter applications,
an outboard is used. Hydraulic thrusters can be installed for
heavier use. Multiple engine applications with several different
mounting configurations are available.
ANTI-FOULING The plastic polymer does NOT
need bottom paint. Growth does not affect our material the way
it affects steel or fiberglass. Over time, barnacles and seaweed
will grow on the hull. Due to the expansion and contraction
of the polymer material the barnacles will usually fall off
after they have reached a certain size. To remove bottom growth,
a small pressure washer or scraper is all you need. Should bottom
paint be preferred, an ablative paint can be obtained from marine
paint manufactures.
RIGGING We can rig your vessel to suit your
needs. Custom fitting your needs from rigging long duration
vessels that need crew quarters and multiple amenities to mounting
outboard motors are all within the realm of services we provide.
